‘Wonder Of Solitude’ is an A to Z guidebook for exploring the positive solitude. Solitude can be easily related to loneliness, however, people can benefit from the advantages of solitude in daily lives. I want to emphasize that in this busy modern society, the ability to enjoy and feel at ease in own company becomes important for people. I used 26 words and images with vivid colors printed by Risograph printing to present the joy of solitude. This book aims to encourage the audience to do activities which they haven’t tried to do alone before.

‘Wonder Of Solitude’是一本探索正向獨處的A to Z導覽指南。

​

人們很容易把「獨處」連結到孤單、隔離和封閉這類負面印象，然而事實上，人們是能夠從日常生活的獨處當中，獲得很大效益的。本作品運用26個英文單字以及其對應的插畫，來介紹獨處的優點以及獨自一人能夠從事的休閒活動。插畫以孔版印刷（Risograph Printing）做呈現，用鮮艷的顏色以及討喜的主人翁，來讓讀者對於「正向獨處」這個名詞擁有基本概念以及認識。

本作品旨在強調在這個庸碌繁忙的時代，擁有享受獨處的能力的重要性，並且鼓勵人們能夠因此產生信心和興趣，獨自去嘗試一些之前沒有獨自嘗試過的休閒活動。
